Comparing shutting down an expressway and possibly holding unsuspecting people traversing that expressway captive is...waiting in line at the grocery store? You are truly an intellectual luminary.

If you really knew anything about Chicago this happens everyday M-F from 3-7.

Again if you knew Chicago the traffic will be light (weekends) anyway and all they'd have to do would be to take the side street if they so desire.

Again if you knew Chicago then you'd know that they shutdown Grant Park LSD quite often during the summer for every festival known to man and i'm certain that you never had a problem with it.
