You took a hearty L on this last year. Looking forward to Kenny serving you more for years to come

He is an above-average-ish (at least against poor competition) pass rusher and abysmal at stopping the run. The position he plays and the role he's supposed to fill that's basically the opposite of what you'd want.

You can replace Kenny Clark with a fourth round pick and get a vast improvement in overall defensive effectiveness. That makes Clark an overall fringe rosterable player who's really only value is the novelty that he rushes the passer with inconsistent-yet-flashy effectiveness from an unconventional position for that type of player profile. Now he's the fourth highest paid defensive lineman in football, a tremendous self-own by an organisation in a clear death spiral.

He’s one of the best IDL in the league by any criteria you want to use. Accept the L he’s given you the last two seasons and move on

He's awful and teams go out of their way to abuse him in their gameplans. Only the truly hopeless franchises (like the Bears) make him look good because they try to abuse him like everyone else but lack the talent and coaching to execute anything offensively.

I get it man. You heard me talking him up a few years ago and didn’t know anything about him so you dug in on the he sucks stance. Now that he’s proven beyond any possible doubt he’s a star you’re just going to keep saying 2 + 2 = 5.

Please refer to the 49ers twice in the same season literally leaving skid marks all over Kenny Clarks fat face.

The real question is "is Kenny Clark as overrated as Jaire Alexander?", which I think has been settled by the fact that the Packers made a situational pass rusher the fourth highest paid defensive lineman in football.

If your only defense of Kenny Clark is by saying that I somehow never heard of him (despite the fact he was a first round pick???) then you've made my point well enough for me.

The best Aaron on the Packers offense had his replacement drafted after carrying the offense last year.

I dont know if drafting a UDFA talent in the second really counts as replacing.

Hell of a description for a more agile Derrick Henry.

Future’s so bright we need shades.

Seriously- when has Antarctica ever made comments on here that indicate he knows football. I’m not even being sarcastic. His thoughts are almost always entirely wrong...especially when it comes to the Packers.

That’s a fair point. But I know he watches a lot of games and I don’t think he’s a dumbass in general despite his political thoughts. I just kinda view him as a Nas-esque troll on steroids. It’s easy to laugh at when he comes out with takes in August of 2020 that KC is a mediocre player at best.

We both told you that Butt-Rod was breaking down and had lost a couple of steps in 2018 and you were in denial. Now you see it.

I started the “Rodgers is overrated” thread in 2016.

I get it with the kids and all but it’s a shame we lost the Nas sports poster of pre-2010

In all seriousness I really do think the running game will carry them this season. They will be in 2nd and short on a regular basis, and A-Rod will feast on it. It will help the D stay fresh too. Solid game plan.

Elgton Jenkins is already talking about very specific run plays he feels more comfortable with this year and the offense came out executing at a higher level than this time last year.

I know all this camp stuff can and probably should be dismissed but I’m excited about the team this year. I really do think there are going to be a lot of people who opined on this draft class who look dumb.

Heard on Move the Sticks today that Green Bay wanted Aiyuk and picked Love when he was taken by SF. I hadn't heard that before.
