I bought them as my wife and my 15 yr old are very pillow particular. I can sleep on a trash bag of rocks and be ok. They didn't like them. I returned them for a full refund. never thought I would ever do that.

they sell them in stores too. not just on tv and the internet. you can try them at the store and see if you like them or not. i was skeptical about them but others said they were pretty good and kept their shape. that was my big problem, the pillows i use to have lost their shape and would hurt me when i slept. like my shoulder would be sore for days on end.

since i've had my pillow i have not had one problem with the pillow losing shape.
