Lets see. That wasn't true in Portland and Seattle and San Francisco and LA. And the terrorism on the streets is still happening. Think of what is ahead for those cities when the cops get laid off or quit.

I was reading another statistic that said 90% of Black Men in this country leave the family unit and don't even take a single kid with..the most notable recent exception of course was Kobe Bryant.

I tend to agree with this. However, I can see innocent blacks being concerned with being profiled/detained due to heightened police presence. Or does that only happen when traveling in white neighborhoods?
