Vaughn has to be untouchable at this point. I would be willing to give up Madrigal, Dunning, and something else for a solid SP.

Yep, Vaughn plays 162 next year as EE was only supposed to be a 1 year bridge to get to get to him.

I don't see any chance that Vaughn starts the season at the MLB level next year. He has 200AB, none above A+.

Vaughn is not Zack Collins. You could probably plug him in at DH and he'd do fine. That's why EE's been put on notice.

It wasn't last year, and he hasn't had any game time that would have changed that.

It appears the Sox don't think so either as we tick down to 28 games left.

His bat is ready. He was hitting well in spring, hitting well in exhibition here in Chicago, and is hitting well in Schaumburg.
