Like I said, report the post or put that person on ignore. If you go into a thread and you feel triggered by the posts, leave the thread and don't visit it again. Stick to the threads that make you feel comfortable. I barely visit the politics section because I know the content in there and have better things to do with my time. Many were happy when Big Fan was not in control anymore because of his banning of certain posters; JORR and Seacrest haven't banned that many people and have let plenty of posts from both political sides slide without censorship.

The board sucks for me now because it isn’t funny or entertaining anymore. Everyone just wants to argue about politics and society. Like you’re gonna change peoples minds or something. This used to be a place to argue about Bears QBs, discuss sports radio and make fun of each other. It was fun and a great time waster. It’s been co-opted (like much of the internet) into a political hellscape. It seems like people like that so enjoy. Just know that MANY only visit rarely now.

The driving force behind this board was sports radio, which has become so political it has turned many people of, thus eliminating of discussion here. The pausing of sports and entertainment created a huge void that politics filled. Hopefully when sports return to normal, that will become the dominant topic here again.
