You might be right but that works both ways in town. The only team the Sox have played they have a winning record against is the Cubs when it comes to playing over .500 teams. A whole 2-1. So if the Cubs are as pathetic as the Sox fans think, what does that say about you?

AL Central is the toughest division in baseball this year so they would probably fair pretty well. 4th place team in the AL Central is the Tigers at .500 and they would be 5 games over if they didn't have to play the Sox.

That's the whole season this year. If the Sox had to go play the Rays, Yanks, Astros, Athletics they wouldn't be as good as their record either.

The AL Central is the best division in baseball. It has four teams .500 or better, no other division has that.

No other division gets to play the NL Central. Everyone else would do the same thing. It is a dumpster fire and the Cubs are capable of fucking it up. Though they will probably limp in as a 7 or 8 seed if they drop 4 of 5 this weekend to the Cards.
