I lost interest 2 weeks into the season. I'm mostly a NFL fan at this point but I was hoping the shut down would get me into other sports again. It did not. Hopefully the lack of crowds + BLM shit doesn't ruin the football season.

i hate the NFL. Have for quite some time. I don't think covid will bode well. when you have no bubble and guys tackling each other, with all that sweat being transferred, it's ripe for transmission.

I've been watching. Schildt punted on the game to save his bullpen, much like Ross punted the second game of the DH.

Molina got pulled for Wieters just now. The Cardinals have a DH tomorrow, so I'd expect that guys like Goldschmidt get pulled after their next plate appearance.

Assuming the Cubs bullpen doesn't melt down, they will split the season series with the Cardinals. That's good enough as long as they keep on beating up the bums.

Lot of whiners here. Team most people didn't pick to win NL central has been in first practically the whole season..Will probably end up winning division and be favored in 1st round of playoffs.

got to give credit to the cards. they had fucked themselves but now w/ all these doubleheaders they're playing, it looks like they'll make the playoffs or even a good shot of winning this division.

Id say they'd be pretty dangerous to play in the playoffs. they have done a good job facing adversity this season.
