Sorry to hear that beardown. Take care of yourself. Depression has been widespread across the country last few months, its been way too obvious. Dont be afraid to do things for yourself, and stay focused on the small stuff that brings up your mood.

Sorry to hear this, Beardown. I’ve lost two friends to suicide due to depression (both used pills). The saddest thing I’ve seen is one of the Dads patting his son’s coffin at the funeral.

One guy was not a total shock, the other seemed out of nowhere.

I too am terribly sorry. And agreed, this is way too common. I don't have zillions of family and friends but without thinking too hard I can think of 6 that have either committed suicide or had a family member do so, including one of my cousins.
