We had a coonhound a few years ago. She was a great dog, loved people but she hated all animals including other dogs. Is your's like that or was it a function of her life prior to the adoption?

Well she hasn’t had too much interaction with other dogs yet (with me)
But yeah actually so far she has been fine with other humans but indifferent to dogs
But I think she’s had a fairly rough life so far and also hasn’t been socialized, so I’ll see how she is a few months from now.
I adopted her like 2 months ago, found out like 4 days later when I took her to the vet that she was pregnant. Shelter wanted spay (adoption) . Vet wouldn’t do it bc she was too far along . Moral issues aside it would not have been a simple surgery. Tech at vet offered to foster her while she had the puppies and weaned them, so I did that. So I only had her originally for like 3 weeks, then I just re got her Saturday. So i want to give her some time to settle in and calm down , but she seems like a really good dog
