The suits did get him. Consolidation of the media companies destroyed diversity and put private interest over public. Mancow, North and even MAC represent public interest, as Parkins, Bernstein and MANY cookie cutter hosts represent the private interest. Safe, politically correct and vanilla.

i feel like nobody really knew who mac was nationally until yesterday. Even the guys who own the radio station.

Then when he attracted attention to himself, the guys who own the score saw what he made and were shocked and got rid of him. just using the excuse of sexism to do so.

Good thread guys. It's really unfortunate what everything has become. I can't imagine The Score lasting much longer. I hope Bernstein and Parkins have a plan.
