Truth be told, I'm more comfortable with Dunning then I am with Giolito.

Just something about his make up and the way he carries himself.

I think that there's a lot to that. Always around the zone with movement and seemingly even keeled.

And he just gets it, and throws it too.

Agreed, but Timmay should have kept running. Maybe it's a bad throw, or the fielder drops it, or he just beats the ball to the bag. Nothing good can come of stopping in the middle of the baseline like that. It waa bad all around.

I think as long as he doesn’t lose any limbs between now and the end of the season he is the MVP. And even then he would still have a good chance.

It’s impossible to choose between him and Timmy. They should just give out two MVP awards during this strange season. Both deserve it

I don't see it any way other than Anderson. I mean I get why they pick Abreu but Jesus man its Anderson.

You can make a very convincing case for both. Can’t rule out the factor of Timmy missing 15% of the season in a race this close although I agree it’s him if that wasn’t a factor. Abreu has been what we always knew he would be with decent protection this year. I’m inclined to lean his way

Anderson is an all round hitter. That's my bag, hit here, there, anywhere but hit for average and get on base. Thats why I prefer Anderson. Hes going to win b2b hitting titles and if you extrapolate his stats over a full season he's historic.

Hopefully.

Can’t win em all. Nature of the sport. This is the best team in baseball though. Dodgers don’t want this smoke.

Losing with your ace is a brutal performance.

That’s a little harsh. If I remember the stat right they won 22 of 27 coming into tonight. It’s fine. Gotta rebound tomorrow though

He still gave a QS. Not much your pitcher can do when your lineup is held to 2 fucking hits.

I'm more pissed off at the fact Mazara still plays and that we gave up Steele Walker for that fucking bum.

Mazara is going to be non-tendered so we might as well just make Engel the everyday RFer until the end of the season.

Yeah. It's fine. You're gonna lose some games. It's fucking baseball. Twins are a pretty good team too.

We hit like 5 balls to the warning track tonight. They got a couple that barely went out. That's the way it goes.

Sucks to lose with Gio pitching is all. Need more than two hits.

You'd like a win. But it's not devastating if they lose tomorrow.

They're in the fucking playoffs. Sure, I'd like them to be the 1 seed. But if they're not it's OK. Maybe the matchup is better if they're the 3 or 4 seed. Who knows.

I like Giolito and what he can become but imo Keuchel is our game 1 starter. I’ve trusted him all year
