that whole decade was pretty depressing as a cubs fan.

but ya it was fun as it was in the hey day of just going to wrigley to have fun and not really caring if the team was good or not.

they had that one WC game that year at home vs the giants i remember which was pretty good.

but 1 year out of 10 w/ a playoff berth...no thanks.
