There were topics that were flooding the board. It was mostly politics at the start but then it was COVID and then it was ltg and JLN arguing for pages. So, they were taken out of View Active Topics.
You can still see all new posts by using View Unread Posts on the right side but they disappear out of there after you read them.

Based on what I've seen, it's that you don't think enough people have been banned. We can't ban everyone you think is either bigoted or has defended people you think are bigoted. It does no good to show up here every day to argue with the same groups of people that won't change their opinion just like you won't change yours. The owners of the site reached out to a bunch of us, including you, to help guide those types of discussions on what is over the line. Action was taken against two posters about it.
I know I like to argue on here but it can't be the same argument over and over and over on here. Eventually, there comes a point where all the points have been made and it's time to move on. Feel free to PM me or use the report button if there is new issues with posters. This is supposed to be a fresh start for the board.
"Based on what you see" is actually quite wrong in fact. I have never called for anyone to be banned on here but as is per usual, you probably don't believe that I "really mean it". As if I have ever been afraid to speak my mind about anything on here.
Your biggest problem here is that MANY of the members have had a problem wirh "policing the board". Rather than call certain people out they either A. Claim that they ignore them or B. Use the rather cowardly PM approach to complain about them.
If it such a "fresh start" then why is my name constantly popping up in all of these posts? You have your Siberia section specifically for shit posting so its best to probably just leave it at that.
If I can make but one suggestion. Probably best to stash every thread which smacks of a "State of the Board" thread down there too.
Those threads are a waste of time and they're nothing more than threads designed to attack certain posters and self aggrandize those who think they are somehow above it all. I fail to see how they are all that productive.
