He's what we thought we were getting when we drafted McFadden. On his show yesterday Lincoln Kennedy said he would have killed to block for a guy like Jacobs. I wish Brown could find that kind of motivation.

Cable is a very good coach. The only thing I don't like is he gave Parker a scholarship. Parker is like the grim reaper following Carr and Jacobs around and at any moment he is going to kill one or both of them. When Brown went out for the season Parker got first shot at RT and lasted one half. Carr was running for his life and Jacobs limped off when Parker's guy hit him as he was taking the hand off. Parker is dangerous because he whiffs so his man gets clean shots on Carr and Jacobs. If Brown or Young can't go Monday it will be a huge mistake if they go with Parker. One that could end the season.

Oakland is trash when it comes to city politics. But they could have moved to the suburbs where most of their fans live now. But the owner never wanted to stay in the that area. He wanted LA or LV and he got his wish.

Typically I think of you as a guy who despises bland and vanilla when it comes to geography. Complain about Vegas as much as you want, but it’s a pretty unique and different place. But you probably view it like a big suburb where no one was actually born.
