Also, McCann struck out 4 times last night, didn't he? So that's your PHer?

I said today I felt good about our chances in the playoffs despite the slump. I still do feel that way about our guys, but now I am in total panic mode that Renteria is going to lose us a game. What he did was nothing short of retarded.

This series has absolutely destroyed the good feelings that have been growing around the White Sox, but logically, how much does seeding really matter in this year's playoff system? I get the frustration with Renteria, and yes he could have used Rodon in a less stressful section of the game, but at least he had his look at Rodon now, rather than in the playoffs.

I agree 100% seeding doesn't much matter. Hell, I'll go play Oakland, doesn't bother me. Gotta to beat 3 teams anyway to get to the Series.

I think it would be a nice bonus for players and fans to win the division.
