Ricky panicked and treated the first half of the game like the 7,8,9 innings. You can not panic with this powerhouse lineup. It's not the Cub hitters only scoring 1 run per game. Your offense already put up 3 and even if OAK ties the game you still have plenty of time left to put up more runs. Not like Bauer was pitching for OAK today.

Horrible managing. How do you put the rookie Foster into that situation with the bases loaded on purpose. Rickey INT walked the bases loaded and then brings in Foster, who clearly had C.Edwards syndrome. Didn't help that Ricky was pacing back and forth in the dugout like he had ants in the paints, while Foster was trying to pitch. How's the kid suppose to be calm, when the manager is nervous nelly in the dugout?
