My first target would be Sandy Alomar, Jr. He was only in CLE for an interim role and got the most he possibly could out of that lineup. I'd hire him in a heartbeat.

You know, it's not coincidence that knowing pitches that are coming leads to success. Therefore, who knows whether he can manage or not.

But either way, yes, it’ll be a crapshoot. Joey should be more of a known commodity to Hahn but you still never know. I’d take Alomar, Vizquel, et al. - just get rid of Ricky.

Oh, my bad. There's been so much talk about Alex Cora today, I totally misread it.

I'd be good with Sandy Alomar, Jr. A retired catcher that was known for handling pitchers is a great starting criteria for a manager. I don't need the fire and passion from my manager. I want a guy who the players respect that won't destroy the pitching staff.

At this point, I'd be ok with bringing Ozzie back, but I want a solid pitching coach alongside Ozzie. Coop needs to hang it up. Ozzie wasn't the bast bullpen manager in his time, but he sure did a great job of taking the heat off the players.

Regardless Ricky has to go. That series from game 2 and 3 was an embarrassment.
