To be fair, he did play QB in HS and is a red shirt Senior punter. The walk-on QB threw 2 tds in the 4th before that.

Is it just me, or Kellen Mond the 2nd SEC coming of Dak Prescott?

That was my guy when he was a freshman, but he always shit the bed against top flight competition until last week.

He very well may have figured it out his senior year.

I wouldn’t mind the Bears taking a look at him in the middle rounds of the draft.

UCF vs. Memphis has been a great game.

I really hope Dillon Gabriel is a good pro.

He is fearless, and has a great arm.

Never seen someone on the same team come up to the kicker and talk shit after he missed a GW FG attempt.

What a shit show at UCF.

They are the most undisciplined team I’ve ever seen in any level of football.

Heupel needs to get this shit together quick.

I know it’s harsh, but I’d prolly boot #12 Quadry Jones off the team to send a message.

Edit: Ok I’m calmer now, and I see maybe #12 was trying to calm the kicker down.

Boot the kicker because he seems like a basket case.

I don’t think that was an interception by Georgia on the first play, but the refs do.

Did saban have to prove his negative tests? Seems fairly cavalier with the mask wearing...

Also, no excuse for Georgia not being up two scores (pending the outcome of this goal-to-go drive).

Bennett needs to make easy throws.

They ran the three negative tests through the "official" SEC testing lab in Mobile.

I want Najee Harris to be better than he is.

Looks like he should be a Derrick Henry-type given his size, but doesn’t seem to put it all together.

He’s put it together this year more than any other year.

It’s funny tho, I’m still not sure if he is a starter in the NFL.

He has all the tools.

Kid’s a beast, and better hands than Henry. Just doesn’t seem to use his size.

He is, he's just being spared the overuse that his predecessors suffered.

That is very true RR.

I remember a story I read a year or two ago that said NFL GMs were always cautious to draft any Alabama player because they were not only over used in games, but also the practices.

MANY prospects had overuse injuries, or were prone to injury right away.

This is one of the main reasons I am not a Saban fan.

He grinds his college athletes into dust.

I don’t like it.

I doubt it is any Alabama football player. I could see it for running backs.

If NFL GMs were saying that then Alabama wouldn't be as dominant in recruiting as they are unless of course Alabama just cheats better.

I don’t think there was a position group specified, but I could be wrong.

I also don’t think that sentiment among NFL GMs would have any effect on recruiting either way.

Let's look at the list of Alabama players drafted then.

Of course it would. Recruiting the elite athletes requires you selling them on NFL success along with college success.

This isn’t some giant movement against Alabama Brick.

It was just something I read.

Unfortunately, I can’t find the article now, so I guess unless you want to argue more this conversation really doesn’t have any legs to continue.

I don't doubt that someone may have said it, and I could even see it for running backs.

I am simply saying that the massive amount of near locks to make the NFL that choose to go to Alabama would indicate that NFL GMs aren't dropping down players from Alabama because they practice too hard.
