If u roasting a whole chicken, removing the wishbone prior to cooking is key. Makes breaking down the chicken much easier.

Smaller birds roast better. No more than 4 lbs.

4-6 chicken breasts in a crock pot and pour a large jar of peppercini with juice over them. Cook on low. Once shredded put on a nice hoagie and top with motzarella cheese
