No pre conference works in Fitzgerald's favor as he always has a slip up against a lesser opponent that sets them back for weeks.

The defense looks great, especially among the linebackers. Ramsey was a find for them at QB. They have legit power and speed players at RB.

Wisconsin in two weeks is a huge game for the division.
Purdue will beat them this weekend.

In a normal year and with Rondale out, I'd have some smoke for you, but this is disappointingly abnormal.

Bama vs. Tigers, Auburn vs. UT as well?

CBS is screwed.

So NIU appears to be back to pre 2000s levels of bad.

Their offense completely blows.

And enough of that bullshit 4th down "play" that they've tried 3 times already this season. The refs aren't falling for it and it's kinda bush league.

NIU will be back on top once Don Beebe finishes up his crash course in collegiate coaching at Aurora. While only a D3 school, he took a historic dumpster fire and made them into an offensive powerhouse in one season. Having no season this year has set things back a bit but in time he will make it to NIU and the man can recruit without even trying.

I was wrong. NIU sucks.

Give them 2 years. Virtually the entire team is sophomore and younger

So we are doing College Gameday from the Masters?

No ranked teams playing each other this week.

Some good or innerterestrial games, though. Hooisers-MSU, Miami-Va. Tech., Wisco-Michigan. BC often seems to beat ND.

The sports-famished fan could also watch video-tapes of last year's Illini. That'll fill ya up!

There's some decent ones, but a lot of the good ones got canceled. I kinda wanted to see what Maryland looked like vs. tOSU.
And - if UCLA/Cal can play a game with less than 48 hours warning, can we stop with needing to schedule games 15-20 years out?

It kinda feels like all college football fans should probably watch as much football as they possibly can this weekend, maybe next weekend. Not sure how much is guaranteed moving forward. This sucks.

BC’s QB has some grit, but idk if their defense is good enough to beat ND.

He sucked at ND. I’m mildly surprised with the season he’s had so far.

I want a cutout of Brick and Spaulding in the stands next to each other. I am sure they would figure out a way to argue.

USC vs. Arizona is a close, but not that entertaining game.

That USC can't run student body left vs. Arizona is shocking.

Arizona? Wtf?
