@cantguardmike as well. But that's not an excuse for losing. Credit and move on.

the NFC is hard to trust in general when it comes to contending, because it just seems inevitable that any AFC playoff team would beat them in the Super Bowl.

last night the saints looked unstoppable on both sides of the ball, but the bucs also looked woefully inept...like the jets.

Good chance the Dolphins will be 9-3 three weeks from now. I’ll accept all apologies

If they beat the chiefs in a few weeks, I’ll happily award you blind squirrel status.

That’s a tall order but they can do it. That defense is good

It’s an AFC year. Might be a solid bet to get a SB line on the AFC team now

Too generous toward the Dolphins, Saints, and Packers (unsurprising).

Those three teams haven’t lost a game since this post

They're starting to remind me of the 09 Saints that started out 13-0.

They are susceptible against the run.

Huh? They are 6th in the NFL against the run an have only given up 5 rushing TDs this season, tied for first in the NFL.

I'll give you the Dolphins but don't tell me you want to brag about the Packers beating Jacksonville. Who cares? The Packers don't have a signature win - they're just getting fat off of scrub teams. NO was missing Michael Thomas - who is better than Adams - and they still managed to score on your D. And who can forget the Tampa debacle. Fake team.

just like last year, the Packers will get manhandled by any team built around its OL and DL

If you think Michael Thomas is better than Davante Adams you don’t even know what sport you’re watching on Sunday.

Agree, but his overall point Still Remains. The Packers have been the quintessential bumslayers over the past two seasons. The same thing play out in January where in their first playoff game they get some scrub team to beat up, and then they will get their ass handed to them on the second playoff game.

Sigh. More desparate hyperbole from FF. I guess NFL.com and CBS don't know what they watch on Sunday either. Adams only cracked the top 5 in one of those lists heading into the season. Both had Thomas as no 1, by the way. I can't find a single list that had Adams as no 1. Can you? You're quickly becoming the Panther of NFL threads, my friend, believing in things you want to be true but really are not true at all.

I thought I told you what I say about the Raiders depends on how the Bears do during the week. That's how objectivity works.

MT has 10 catches for 95 yards and no TDs this year. Davante puts up better numbers than that in almost every game he plays. You're embarrassing yourself at this point, and googling random links isn't going to save you.

Come on, dude. Let's be honest - you know I'm not talking about production for this year. I meant overall. Obviously MT has missed almost two months of the season this year, so you not mentioning that in your post is a little curious. There's nothing to dispute about Adams having a good year so far, but it's definitely not clear if teams would take him over MT if you had your pick of WRs. And those links are not "random." They represent how most analysts viewed WRs heading into the year.

You're working with outdated links. There's a lot of new data already this year, most of it very unkind to your MT > Adams take. And I really don't give a shit about a clickbait ranking link, the people who write those put little thought into them outside of looking up the previous year's stats, which is how you get something silly like a possession slant WR like Michael Thomas as the #1 even though no GM on the planet would take him over Adams, Julio, or Hopkins.
