Best holiday by far during normal times. Only 2nd time in 41 years I will not be celebrating in central Illinois.

Making the best of it - currently donating two bags of blood at the MD Anderson Cancer Center blood bank.

Thanksgiving was always so much more lad back too.. maybe it was because how my family was set up but those 4 days were all good for me. As an adult I get less in-law bs (and my own family to be fair) when it comes to thanksgiving.

Coming home from my Moms just now and the White Castle by me was open with 6 cars in the drive thru :lol:

I think other than gas stations that was literally the only place I saw open
