He's around 65 years old. He's served a lot of time and done it without causing any problems. He's been a model prisoner. I'm sure the guy he shot and his family are going to object, but there are many worse criminals that have already been released due to COVID.

plus, they now have video doorbells so the risk is reduced

This didn't get the appreciation it deserved.

I saw that place last year as well. I would've looked at death being a better option.

I'd opt out if ever sentenced to such a place.

There are worse criminals then him? Really? This is just me, but shooting somebody 5 times, trying to murder him, means your pretty high on the "Worst criminal" list.

Well the guy lived, so maybe worst shot is applicable.

this is probably the best/most informative/ most interesting thread here in a long time. probably leading candidate for thread of the year.

anyway about JORR's partner, i get it. i got fucked over on a biz deal too and I never had any ill will towards anyone in life excpet business partners.

It happened back in the early 90s but still to this day, I fantasize about ways of long sufferable deaths for those people who screwed me.

thankfully i'm too much of a pussy to actually carry it through.

some things are hard to forgive i guess.

I understand anger.

I just don't understand where the brain goes to murder. I get you want the guy dead. But there is nothing in your brain that is telling you that you will go to jail for the rest of your life? Is that really worth you killing him? As bad as it is that somebody fucks you over, isn't being in a cell everyday, for the rest of your life, worse then whatever he did to you?

Life insurance won’t pay out if you kill yourself.

Yes. I always think the worst of everybody here. Except for Spaulding. But only because she's willing to give blow jobs if she needs something. Don't tell her I said that.

Sure. If you catch your wife in bed with another man Andy Dufrane style. In the heat of passion I get it. But to plan a murder and attempt to carry it out is on another level. chas is puffing his chest because he spent 6 months in PC in Cook County.

That is because you neither understand fear, incarceration or any other deterrent.

It’s human nature that has been mutated.

I could kill anyone at any time for any reason. Repercussions are the only calculation.

I don't think so.

Homicide maybe, and maybe not even so for that, but definitely not murder.

The question is, are we genetically predisposed to murder? Of course. The bible can't go more than 5 pages without someone getting whacked.

Sure, but not sure that is very telling. If you’re gonna make up a story it helps to throw some murder and betrayal in it for sales.

Yeah. There are lots of worse criminals than him. Many of them have been freed and some never prosecuted in the first place.

hey it's saved my ass many times. no need to act tough and macho for me since most of the times it would result in a huge life negative. so many guys in my youth and probably many here went into the slammer or took the wrong path in life because they were acting arrogant and full of shit.
