I'm in Vegas for a break - hope all is well.

16-9 on our handicapping site - dontfademe.com. I'm up 700 units -- 99.95 a month is all you need!!!

Mike

When is he gonna remove his Score association from his web site? They still show his morning shows schedule. Wouldnt you think CBS could make him take that shit off his site?

Making him take it down=hiring a lawyer to tell him to=costs money.

What is he talking about? He's not taking off. He's gotta make his picks daily. He has customers for Christ sake!!!!

He'll be studying daily trends and stats in Vegas!!!! Or does he just throw up a few picks and hope they hit? That's exacly what he does. He has no desire to actually study shit.

Unless maybe he left his experts, Jen Jen the Greek and Fred Fred the Fat, to make his picks while he's on vacation. Make Pappy proud guys.

Does he? I'd love to see an honest count of how many people have actually forked over money to this idiot. Then I'd like their names, so they can be rounded up and put in some kind of prison for the hopelessly stupid.

bet you in vegas he will try to sell his site. He'll probably tell people that he 'found' this great website that always makes him money gambling on games etc.. etc... Or he may have already made flyers / cards out to distribute.

He will do fine in Vegas MC-ing low rent events at small independent casinos off the strip. He might need to buy a new set of teeth and a facelift though. Those choppers won't get you anywhere in Vegas.

I wonder if he and bebe will do an act to sell this shit in vegas. Sort of like when bebe use to call in North's show pretending to be someone else while kissing his ass. I guess she didn't realize to disguise her voice.

BTW, WTF is a unit?

That's what I was thinking. Even if you play really, really big and 1 unit= $1,000, it is still only one unit. The only way I can see being up 700 units after so few games is that 1 unit=$10 and he bets everything heavy. However, there is no logic in that. Why wouldn't you just make the unit larger?

The answer, of course, is that he wants to show he is up a huge amount of units. However, that number is incredibly transparent to any thinking person.

First, have met Bebe, nice lady, but neither of them are nearly as smart as they think they are on a business level. If they actually try and sell this crap in Vegas, they wil get eaten alive.

A great day yesterday, with more MLB action tonight!
Another great day yesterday. Mike North went 1-1 but went up in units because he stepped out on the San Francisco Giants. Under 8 1/2 with Mike's buddy...Barry Zito. The Bookie Priest was 2-0 with the White Sox and also the Tampa Bay Rays.

I dont get it. Wait!!! That can be my new website, idontgetit.com, this way people can expalin things to me that I dont understand, like frank

"Mike's buddy...Barry Zito"????

Isn't it in Mike's code of conduct/golden rules to never play as a fan?

Is it wise to refer to a player as "buddy" on a handicapping website? Is Zito in on this?

I also wonder how the pros would look at having the same person split into two handicappers with different track records. Splitting Mike's performance into the Mike and the Bookie Priest is crazy. he can give the bookie priest all of his losers and get rid of him. This business is about track record. He is manufacturing this fictional track record with no one keeping score and he is doing it with two different handicapping personas from the same guy. This thing is just so awful, amateurish and bassackwards that it is as comical as his career suicide. This guys just keeps entertaining us with these slow-motion self-immolations. Could he possibly think he can make a living from this or even pay Jen's rent for that matter. Just absolutely pathetic...but hilarious nonetheless.

Not an original idea either. Ever heard about Enron?

Look, poor people who gamble wouldn't buy this site. Even if you're dumb everybody is smart with their money. If you're a poor gambler you just pick the games yourself. You are just as smart as Pappy anyway. Probably smarter.

Smart people, with money, won't buy his site either. They'll buy from ruputable handicappers. They'll spend the extra money. Gamblers know who the good handicappers are. Smart people would just pick the games themselves rather than pay for Pappy as well.

It is a farce. Looks like Pappy is playing this duel role. Mike North and Bookie Priest. That way he can print the better of the two, on a given day, if he chooses. Does he give both guys for his "overall" record?

Whatever. My point is people see through it. Even if he didn't do "The Bookie Priest" shit it's still MIKE NORTH picking the games. We've heard Pappy on the radio. We know he's an idiot. Nobody is gonna give him a dime.

He's isn't adding his units correctly either as Irish Boy explained. People see that too.

What's his record? 20-12 or something like that?

Anybody can do that in MLB. I'll bet a lot of those wins were favorites. Doesn't mean you're up if you're losing some of those favorites. I don't trust his units figure.

Can't wait for the football season. He's gonna be bad.

Is he posting his record only, or his record and the previous day's picks? If his picks are posted so his record can be verified, then so far, love him or hate him, he's following through on his claims.

He was posting his daily record but then he stopped.

Now he's posting duel picks. Pappy and Bookie Priest.

On his main page it says 14-6. That was a couple of days ago. So he's not even updating that. That's a sign that things are turning. You don't post records when they go bad.

In his blog spot, as Rodeo discovered, he's doing Bookie Priest and Mike North. That sounds like "smoke and mirrors" tactics to me.

A bona fide effort will be to publish the actual games picked from the night before, results, and winnings in $ or units. So far we are only seeing a spectrum of outcomes reported in a fashion to portray volatile outcomes yet steady profits. He is giving a fairy tale scenario here. Of course with no actual buyers this is easy to do as the "buyers" are the only people who would know his actual record. I'm going out on a limb and predicting that he has zero paying customers.

Right. His recent post was Mike North 1-1 and Bookie Priest 2-0. Maybe he only gave out "Mike North picks" yesterday. He's trying to hook new people so he can say Bookie Priest was 2-0. When all along that was never given out. But you don't know that cuz you didn't pay for the service.

I'll bet Knuckles and Fritzie subscribed...but they probably used the Mike's credit card to pay.

He hasn't posted, on his main page, a continuation of his record. He'll wait until he has another good day and put that up on the main page. "Mike went 3-0 yesterday". Then he'll just add onto that if it is still going good.

It's the way it's done. You never highlight your losing streak. If you have a couple bad days you say "I've won 5 out of the last 7 days" He's done that.
