Anybody who orders like this knows the minimum to qualify for a discount/free shipping/free gift...etc. If it comes up 4 cents short you know you’re not getting the deal. Add something to the order or don’t order it but don’t complain. They’re not wrong.

Well, they may not be wrong but they have an unhappy customer who won't order from them again. And it wasn't real clear what needed to be done to qualify for the free shipping. When I selected the item it stated the shipping was free. Apparently, the discount code I used dropped it below the threshold by four cents which I find rather convenient from their perspective. But as I said, it wasn't easy to figure out what had occurred which is why I sent the email that engendered the response in the original post. Whatever. I'm not sweating the ten bucks or whatever it was. I just think it's funny that they thought it was worth jamming a customer over four cents. And they lost that customer. Congratulations.

pro tip for juicing lemons and limes-cut the bottom out as well, then put it in the squeezer. Most people put the lemons or limes in upside down.
