Have a free trial there for a week. Anything I need to check out in that time?

That is why I got the free trial to watch that story. When I lived up near KC I knew a guy who was from up close to there and told me the story. I thought he was BSing me, then I found out it was true.

 That's why I got it too.

The story is interesting, but I was disappointed by the actual execution of the series. They kind of keep going over the same territory again and again and then it slides into a crazy idea that the entire region is cursed. Let me know what you think.

There are a ton of better unsolved mysteries back in the day from the show that deserve attention. This is easily a story about an asshole killed by his own community. Big whoop.

Yeah the series was meh overall. They drug stuff out way too long and had to force everything back to the killing of McElroy. I don't think I believe a certain area is cursed, but it is pretty amazing that such a small place has had so many strange events. Glad I watched it to better understand the story of the town, but glad I did not pay anything for it.

If “Des” is available on that, I would recommend that.

pizza_Place: It's gone
we see some new channels today. one is called 'screen picks'. it's like 5 channels labeled as westerns, action, etc...

they're playing some good older movies from the 80s thru today. Westerns going back even further.

Nice to have.

Just read where the lady who killed the pregnant woman from Skidmore in 2004 was executed.

You live in Missouri but don't think certain areas can be cursed?

Wow.
