Rams would be the type of team, like SF, that gives the Packers trouble if they were at full strength

I think I agree with Kirkwood, the Saints just seem to be different now. I think Brees is extremely hurt and Thomas is banged up again, they were without their best pass rusher. A lot better be fixed in a week.

Tampa is the one NFC team that could give the Pack a little trouble.

You hear this a lot, but does anyone have the actual numbers? I'm not smart or motivated enough to find them....

Curious how many times teams met that were 2-0/0-2, and what the 2-0 teams record is in game 3.

here's some info.

It is difficult to beat the same team three times, because it is rare to beat a team twice in the regular season and then meet a third time with a 3-game sweep on the line.

Since the AFL-NFL merger in 1970, there have been 21 times that teams met in the playoffs with a 3-game sweep on the line.

But, when those teams meet for the 3-game sweep, what happens? The sweep happens 67% of the time!

It's just a silly premise. Usually the team that won the 1st two games did so because they are better or at least pose bad match-ups. Thus they are also more likely to win the 3rd game.
