Franchise QB?

Maaaaaaaaaybe he could have been at one point, but doubtful now. Like Deshaun he's anchored by a trash franchise.

Yep. All they needed to do was be capable of hanging 21+ on playoff teams. Not too much to ask.

He's been considered a top 10 QB for a while and he has consistently come up short even with elite offensive talent. When the game is on the line you can be sure he's going to make a critical mistake.

Watson shouldn't have signed his extension if he wanted to get traded. The Texans couldn't realistically trade him for the next 2 seasons. They aren't going to take a $67M dead cap it in order to trade him.

I like Watson, he ain't Mahomes though..he ain't Allen ir Herbert either. I didn't like that extension when he signed it. He should have just played out his contract and went to Pittsburgh or New England..hes got nobody to blame but himself and his agent. Hes gonna be the nextcWarren Moon.

I think he is overrated. He's a 3rd tier QB.

I thonk you're crazy..he is a top 6 or 7 QB in the league and barring a serious injury he will remain there.

He's a top 10 to 15 quarterback. Hopkins was a crutch for him and as the year went on he began to learn how to play quarterback without that crutch.

Im hoping you've got 5 or 6 tiers, Watson cant be lumped in with shitbags like Mitch and Dalton and Tua.

And If Lamar( Im a fan) wins and plays well this weekend Ill hop on board with him being in that group. Allen needs to play well also

Of course not. He's a really good quarterback. MANY people try to put him on the same level as Mahomes though. He's not close to being as good.

Mahomes
Rodgers
Russ
Watson
Allen

Once I gave up on my career long Wilson hate he took a couple of steps back and repeatedly lost me money. I've never questioned if Jackson was good. I've repeatedly said he's not on Mahomes level. I'll thank you for you donation later this month.

@ what?

Running.

Lamar is really good. He’d be 6th on my list. Maybe him and Allen switch spots if Ravens win tomorrow night. It’s that close.

Jackson won an MVP and he's put up better or comparable numbers WITHOUT a top 2 or 3 WR in the NFL.

All else equal, would you prefer Wilson or Jackson on the Bears?

I'm intrigued by the potential of Jackson, but I would probably take the finished product that is Russell Wilson.
