It's interesting. The Packers worst game came against TB in TB. They basically quit in the second quarter. Being in GB changes things though

Rodgers will have all the pressure on him too.

He hasn't brought the team back to a SB in 11 years. All those great teams they've had and he's never went back.

Rodgers dumping his girlfriend was the best thing for his career. Now he can focus on football and watching gay porn

At this point in their careers Rodgers is the better QB but I think both teams outside of that are equally talented. Packers defense isn’t great against teams that have talent at multiple levels.

And Brady in bad weather doesn’t change anything. This should be an awesome game.

Like I said in the other thread -I’d be shocked to find out Packer fans wanted Brady over Brees in this game.

Maybe the Green Bay cubs will be lucky enough to have key opponents injured

Brees never gets the favorable officiating afforded other qb

THIS IS TRUE and THIS IS ON PEYTON i think.

for some reason he must piss off the refs because they always found a way to fuck him over in the playoffs. but not tonight.

I wanted TB. It’ll be nice to get a chance to avenge the ass whooping from earlier this year.

If they win next week I want KC too.

I don't believe in myths, but I believe in the terror of cold weather playoff games in GB.

As someone who mocks "Bear weather," I can't believe I...believe this. I actually kinda think TB has a shot.

The Packers are 11-0 without a turnover in 2020, but 3-3 with at least one. The Bucs were 1-4 when turning the ball over at least two times, but now 7-0 without a turnover. The team that wins the turnover battle is probably going to Super Bowl LV.

It's going to be interesting. I can see the Bucs' D making it hard on Rodgers to find guys, but he doesn't throw INTs. On the flip side, I think the Packers' D can be shredded, but it's not clear which Bucs team will show up next week. Sometimes they look in sync, sometimes they don't. Lately they seem to be more or less in sync. Godwin and Gronk dropped almost sure TD passes today.

the Bucs looked great on defense because they knew payton's playbook for a hobbled brees. they should've had to fear kamara the whole game but payton, as usual, gave up on the run to put it all on brees in the 2nd half. so the bucs just stiffened and shut down the receivers because they knew the saints didn't have a big play for brees in the book.

they will not have that luxury against the packers, who can air it out at will.

hell, the WFT gave them a harder time, with a QB who barely played in the NFL.

they kind of did. Truth is, the Bucs were on the road and up 9 after 1 and 11 at half. Their offense stalled in the red zone a bunch which led to field goals instead of TD to keep it close, but they were rolling on the WFT. WFT defense is pretty good and they hung 31 on them.

I thought I was being obvious in exaggerating key members of the Bucs have won playoff games in equally cold weather climates.

Packers are probably the weakest defense the Bucs have faced in the playoffs so far.

May as well trade Thomas if Brees or Hill is at the helm, you need a big arm to stretch the field. I put this season on Payton and Brees..winston should have taken over when Brees went down and he would have had that O screaming in 3 weeks..he could have won that game yesterday.

You were and I understood you. Sort of acknowledging the absurdity of my post in my response.

Most of my anti-Packers talk is focused on their soft SOS and the D. I'm really hoping the thrashing TB issued to GB is a strong indicator of what to expect this weekend but I know better. But at the very least it suggests this will not be yet another cupcake game for GB.

You said if they beat Tennessee you would be impressed. They blew the doors off TN and now you're right back to your soft schedule nonsense.

I was/am impressed with that game. I can simultaneously believe they've had a soft schedule and played a few impressive games. To some extent when you're in the NFC north these days you're always gonna have a lot of cupcake games, sort of like the Patriots did with their division during the Brady era. I think even you'd admit GB's performance against playoff teams has been uneven in the regular season. Ain't no shame in admitting that.

Their only bad game was the TB game. The Colts and Vikings were more of the shit happens coin flip variety. Glad they get a chance to redeem themselves for the Tampa game this weekend.

They were 4-2 against Playoff teams, not great but definitely not bad.

2-2 against playoff teams who actually had a winning record.

Bucs Chiefs Superb Owl. NFL wants Brady back in the big game. "Home" game for the Bucs yeah?
