They played better on defense but this team isn’t going anywhere, especially since they can’t stay healthy (a rerun every season).

I think after dropping two including a trap game should have them primed to get revenge on the Vikings and clinch the division. But without Thomas that offense is not going to flourish. He’s too important to the rhythm. Would love to see them use Kamara more though.

i still think that's because payton wanted to see what he had in hill.

what he saw should tell him that hill isn't a franchise QB. i can't see them not going with winston, signing him to at least a 3-year deal. give him a second chance. hill will always just be a gadget player.

brees hasn't been brees since about 2017, and that was the start of his downfall. whether it be the injuries piling up or age or both, he just can't play anymore.

That minnesota loss crushes me and the Saints aren't even my no 1 team. So much lost on that stupid "tackle" attempt.

Yes.. Huge mistake, been saying it all season. Hill is not an NFL QB. Nice player, can run the WC a few times and a play ir two at the goal line..no starter.

I think Brees will be back for one more year. The 11 cracked ribs and collapsed lung affected his return...he was doing fine before that.

He may as well go out being able to stand up at least for the next 10 years. I don’t envy his older age.

He leaves his legacy as he made it. He isn’t a Top 5 QB all-time and he could have been. He will always be our best QB.

They are some godawful amount over the cap. They can't afford him at the veteran minimum in 2021, and they can't afford Winston either. I thought they might go for Haskins' just on price tag to back up Hill.

They reported he was also playing with a torn rotator cuff. That probably was why they weren't throwing downfield.
