I know that at my employer, supervisors and project managers are required to report all harassment of their teams by any outside client or vendor.

So if for example some asshole front desk clerk starts harassing one of my team, it's going from them to me to my HR Director (admitted a smaller company than fucking Disney) to a rather pointed conversation with the hotel, and possible additional action.

I had an employee of one of my clients derisively insult one of our developers once, ethnically. I had a really good conversation with his COO of a state agency, who I had known for several years and had been a very loyal client. The insult was out of frustration, my team member was more amused than insulted, but I was in the room. I left for the airport, and I was told afterward that the COO went to the offending office and spent fifteen minutes chewing out the entire staff and threatening a transfer to anybody who ever did that again. Nobody ever did, for the five or six more years our engagement lasted.

So if ESPN supervisors were aware of this since 2017, Steve Cohen has a legitimate gripe with them. That should have been reported to either Ricketts, Epstein, or the Commissioner's office. Quietly, but reported.
