you don't have to convert it to fiat to cash out, just exchange your doge for usdc or other stable coin. they are pegged to the dollar. or when you're ready to jump off the doge train hop on back to btc. you can convert from btc to doge and then exchange doge back to btc or eth or lite or whatever. you can do all of this in exodus but the fees are whack, cheaper to do it via one of the online exchanges/wallets (coinbase/kucoin/binance/kraken/whatever)
