I have not heard any of Mike North's show in almost a year now and today for some reaosn my Radio is oN the Score in my Cubicle area, and he is complaining about not having enough money for BILLBOARDS....God damn they Need BillBoards, Thats the Problem!

Fred chimed in with his Wisdom about ho0w hard it is to get a new listener!

Well I will agree with Fred, thus may not have been such a great idea to dump on so many of your old listeners?

Typical Pappy. Blame everything and everybody but himself. Pappy your station ran ads for your crappy CD on every show and every update for a couple months. I've seen TV commercials for your show. Some how MJH rose to number 1 without the help of a billboard. Everyone knows where 670 is on the dial. I'm sure thousands of Chicago people have sampled your show and then decided never to come back.

Use the 1.7 million your company pays you to buy your own billboard if you think it is so important. I love it when a guy who makes that much with little production blames management for being cheap. What an ass hole.

Billboards huh? I was under the impression the problems were, A)going to an all-topics format B)abandoning your loyal fan base C)hiring a sports-retarded ex-traffic reporter and making her your sidekick D)bringing in a producer from WGN who apparently has Eddie Schwartz's rolodex, and E)rounding out your staff with a lumpy lap dog, a brainless bimbo, and yes-men who are terrified of saying anything critical about the show. I guess I was wrong. Thanks for clearing it up Pappy.

The reason si simple. Callers, Emails, Faxes, provide real humor that can't be matched.

Not Callers that Buch and Rock put on hold and told them what to say - 2 an hour

Not Emails that are a day old and Bebe has previewed. It's Email. It's Instant! You Should INSTANTLY read them.
