They called it 6" here in Kenosha this morning. Really hard to tell with the blowing suppose that sounds reasonable. I think
they actually got it a bit worse up by Hawg which is fine with me.

That's fine. I'd rather have it snow over night and then have Sunday to dig out than deal with it during the work week.

Here along the lake in mid Lake County, they're calling for 5-8 on Saturday night with 1-3 on Sunday.

There seems to be higher confidence in this storm producing 5'+ of snow than there was for the storm this past Monday/Tuesday. The Rain/Snow line could shift a little further north which would result in more rain than snow down my way, but north of I-88 looks to have the bullseye right meow.

Saturday seems like a great night to have a few cocktails with the fireplace going, and stay the fuck inside.

Yeah bulls eye is bouncing. I’m torn between wanting to be in the bullseye, thus avoiding the rain, and not wanting to deal with 8 inches of snow. Rain this time of year is miserable for me.

I hear ya. I would rather the snow tbh. 8" of snow is at least 1/2" of rain and that much rain on top of the snow already down with frozen ground, thats a no gouda.

Nah, have a couple in the afternoon at a local Brewpub and bring home a growler or two...

Nah, have a couple in the afternoon at a local Brewpub and bring home a growler or two...

That’s my plan on a few hours. Run to localish brewery, get some food and bring home a couple of their smaller growlers

Man, skitching seems to have been completely lost on this generation. Maybe its the less sturdy bumpers. Grab that wheel well and hang on for dear life!

Looks like 7-10" areawide. Good day to make chili. Good thing it's close to Valentine's Day so I have plenty of Hersey kisses.
