The 2 guys in the video are chinese nationals (? possible they've purchased citizenship) living in Australia: manager (grey shirt) of a bubble tea shop(pe) in Adelaide and his boss/store owner (black shirt) of that bubble tea outpost as well as a few other businesses in Adelaide's chiner town district.

The 2 shirts have a habit of offering jobs to just-off-the-boat from chiners who are in Australia on student visas (and thus often not allowed to legally hold off-campus jobs); offering to pay them 50% of the Australian min wage; and then after they've worked for a pay period tell them it's not working out and refusing to pay them for the time they've already worked.

the 80 lb 22 year old girl in the overalls calls them on their bullshit and loudly in front of customers demands her pay and attempts to politely put a curse on them. This interaction, especially the curse part, gets the attention of the black-shirt manager dude. Black-shirt jumps in and after the girl confirms she is indeed cursing them (but in an ever so polite way, as she notes "I'm not very good at cursing") SMACK -- black-shirt pulls back and open-hand lands a punch/slap on the girl complaining about not receiving her illegal wages. He also delivers a see you next tuesday punt to curse girl and shoves one of his other ee's in the ensuing melee
