I determined I had finished my transformation into my father when I complained about yellow shoes looking like flags during nfl games. This was following the complaining about traveling in basketball and various other things of sports being better 30 year’s ago. Neon show complaints would seem to fall perfectly in this progression.

You beat me to this...I hate it when watching a game and players are wearing yellow shoes. Yellow is actually a color towel NOT allowed at the High School level.
