Anyone who is completely transfixed by any concept is equally obnoxious.
The atheists who demand nativity scenes be removed are as jerkfaced as the asshole knocking on your door who wants to pray for you.
Not being able to observe new data and allow it to affect your line of current thinking is dangerous and wrong. One should be open to allowing new concepts or data to change their viewpoints.

I agree with you, but I don't think it's as egregious as religious folk denying people employment because of their atheism.

To be fair, it sounds like the asshole let Darko finish the job.

Ok. I'm down with that. If that's going down its hereby rank 5 on the Darkside scale of asshattery.

Indeed. I'm sure someone who is totally rude to a stranger for not sharing her exact religious beliefs will be well received by her maker.

Fact is they are right. You're wrong.
I don't need a special color. I'm not any different from anyone else on this site. I contribute less now than I did 10 years ago. I no longer have time to contribute more. I'm not creating content or revenue or really doing more than simply reacting to what I read when I have a chance, which, sadly, is becoming more and more rare.

You complained it about when others got a special color and you did not. Btw, Bigfan did that.
Kind of odd for an adult to do that I think.

As for your PM, I called you out immediately for being a hypocrite. I had forgotten about it until you brought it up. I'm sorry you feel victimized. Start another thread about how you work a lot and week ends too. Hopefully that makes you feel better.

Really.
You have some evidence of that?

Right. It's Richard Dawkins' scale and even he said he was a 6.9 and nobody should identify as higher than that.

Well, I'm a 6.99999999999999999 when it comes to a god that actually has a vested interest in the happenings on Earth.

I don't want to argue with Seacrest about this because I know he's a good guy who makes more effort than most to help less fortunate people, and of course there are plenty of others like him, some driven by religion, some not. But in a larger sense, a belief in God often causes people to do things that don't particularly improve conditions on Earth and in many cases actually make them much worse. There's immorality in that.

Even "religious" people are prone to act immorally.

Do you think veteran observers don't already know Seacrest is a drive by shooter?
