My guess would be 2000 to start. At Wrigley, no bleacher seating and no upper deck (to reduce staffing).

For my minor league season tickets, they are opening the schedule only for April, and letting season ticket holders buy seats using their credits. The most expensive full season plans go first one day, and so on. April capacity is 7% excluding closed GA berm seating and luxury boxes, so 700 fans total. In early April they will open the May games the same way, etc.

I can buy in a different section, convert some to food credit, etc. I have an 8 game pack and I will try to convert it to six early season Tuesday or Wednesday night games (two each in April, May, June) and some food credit for those games.

April is a terrible month to move games. I can't see many season ticket holders asking to go. With the exception of opening Day, that would be a seller.

bucks games let 6k people in, and the tickets are impossible to get. the cubs routinely sell close to capacity. if they reduce 50% or even less, the tickets are going to be impossible to get.

Nothing on the Cubs site yet, but I would imagine rules would be very similar to these.

Such a shame. I would live to go to a game, but not in those conditions.

I agree with the overall sentiment, but I'll take it for now. I'm surprised JB and Lightfoot are allowing fans from day one. I figured they would, but not til mid-season.
