Allen pulled even to him this year so it's not exactly a "wait til next year!".

Brohm is 19-25 at Purdue and has missed bowl games in the last 2 years.

Allen is 24-22 at IU and has been in bowls the last 2 years.

That does not sound even to me.

They have virtually the same Big Ten record, and Brohm is 2-1 vs Allen.

How many more wins will IU have than Purdue next year?

Big Ten record indicates they are even, along with the head to head record. Why don't the first two years count? Brohm took over a far worse program and his results are pretty similar. Allen has an advantage in overall record but with differing schedules it isn't a great way to judge things.

How many more wins will IU have than Purdue next year? You would think Allen, who is better than Brohm, would pretty easily be at least 3 wins ahead right?

I never said the first 2 years do not count. They count in their overall record just as much as any other year. Brohm started out the gate hot and has faded over the last 2 years. Allen started out slower but has had 2 good years.

I was not expecting much from Allen and neither was anyone else. The whole world thought Brohm was going to be worlds better than Allen. That has not happened. That is good enough for me. If you are happy with Brohm being "even" with Allen in your mind that is fine.
