This will be fascinating to watch this guy. Cubs career in 41 ap, 1.53 whip, 6.00 era. Without his bad money contract he'd be long gone. The thing is he's been mostly healthy during this demise. He's gone from unhittable to batting practice. The Cubs can't unload his and Heywards bad money so they have to trim their arguably best pitcher Darvish. The Cubs/Score propaganda machine pushes Heywards huge defensive value catching 3 texas league's a game to the gullible. But they're speechless to prop up Kimbrel with his numbers. If he continues to nosedive I see him buried on the IL a lot to save face.
