Is this normal? I was looking at the Motley Crue show and tickets cost 265 with a 40 dollar ticket fee. WTF?

You guys have the highest amusement taxes in the country correct? Concerts, candy, gas, netflix, soda, property. Taxes, taxes, taxes.

Gotta pay for the masks they'll be handing out.

Or maybe the concert just isn't worth the cost. I love Motley Crue but I sure as hell wouldn't pay $300 to see them at Wrigley Field and I can definitely afford it. Hell, Vince Neil sucked when I saw them a couple years ago.

Concerts at the U.C. and Allstate Arena are much more convenient than Wrigley or Soldier Field. I saw Guns N Roses in 2016 at Soldier Field and it's a long walk. Small venue shows are probably the best. Wrigley seems like a ripoff all around though.

I'm thinking of going to a different city to see them.

I'm still seeing a bunch of amphitheater concerts listed on Livenation. Will the concert industry be up and running soon or are bands just waiting till the last minute to reschedule? I think I'm up for my 3rd Rammstein concert if it's possible.

I think it depends on the State. I've heard Wisconsin is a full go this summer.
