haha, i heard an unnamed radio host call this movie an example of 'white privilege'.

an ok movie, i thought '16 candles' was better. the asian kid portrayal will be talked about by TCM hosts in 2083.

I recently watched several John Hughes movies. The clothes and hairstyles are certainly dated, but the stories and characters are still relatable.

See, all these movies take place in this small town called Shermer, Illinois, where the honeys are top-shelf, but all the dudes are whiny pussies - except for Judd Nelson; he was fucking harsh. But best of all, there's no one dealin', man. Then it hits me, we could live like fat rats if we're the blunt collection in Shermer, Illinois! So we collected some money we were owed, and caught a bus. You know what the fuck we found out when we got there? There is no Shermer in Illinois. Movies are fucking bullshit.
