I don't even understand what situation this would be where your OC has a book in his hand walking around during a trial. Let alone the preposterous notion that you would ever physically grab anything out of your OC's hand during a court battle.

Maybe someone might grab a court order out of an OC's hand rather than accept it gracefully on the way out of court if you were a big baby and not happy with what went down in court, but even that seems very unlikely.

I'd love to hear what book she supposedly grabbed, why the OC had this book in his hand in court and why July felt the need to throw her ethics and professional responsibility away by doing that.
