That 2-5 Angels lineup is the best in baseball. 6-1 is a cakewalk though.

He is one of those closers who excels in the high pressure situation. He was in there for the 4 out save (good use of the pen by Tony with a closer who wants to get those kind of saves) and handled the high pressure situation fine. He just didn't anticipate the offense getting 5 runs in the top of the 9th so the entire dynamic of the outing changed.

Speaking of bullpen management, what was Joe Maddon thinking? I understand putting your closer in for a tie game in the 9th but I've hardly ever seen it done for a game you are losing by a run.
