it's not like here where everyone talks and watches the game.

the most important thing about this team is changing the culture and moving on. these bums have been living off 2016 the last 4 years. no consequences for tanking. Theo's end of season rants were bullshit because he never did anything to fix it.

Like Juice posted, trade these broken ass players to other teams. As long as they're cubs, they are not going to give a shit because people are still buying them free drinks for 2016 and they have no motivation any longer to reach their max potential w/ this club.

Marisnick is a little better than Almora. But not much better.

It was nice of Ross to say that Bote was the starter at 2B, but Sogard is clearly the taller midget there.

Meanwhile, the two man booth is so much better. Every time they bring Dempster in, it's cringe worthy TV.

i like the addition of sogard on the team. again a move in the right direction to change the culture.

Only positive so far is JD gets to talk more when it's only 2 people in the booth. I've come to appreciate JD's baseball knowledge through the years.

Ross showing why he is an excellent manager. He knows he needs Brothers to turn it around if the bullpen is going to be decent.

Felt this way about the hitting. Same old poor AB's all day. They hit the bumslayers and look like minor league hitters against any pitchers who pitch and don't just throw.

3 hits today against the Pirates AAA pitching. Feels like how next season is going to be watching the Bears. Same old song and dance, different year.
