In a couple weeks the White Sox will be rolling and everyone will be talking World Series. I hate how people always panic the first couple weeks of the season.

I’ve never panicked so far but it’s been a frustrating start to the year
Their play in certain games has definitely been worrisome. As I said before its one thing to play a crisp game and just get beat. That happens in baseball.

Its another thing to kick the ball around, have Madrigal continuing to run the bases like a TBaller, and have a bullpen that has trouble keeping runs off the board.

The bullpen is very worrisome. As others have said, there's no guarantee on bullpen performance year to year. This could be one of those bad bullpen years. If it is, they're not going to win crap.

Bullpen could be a lot worse. We could have paid Alex Colome to close with his 50% blown save rate and 1.500 WHIP

I'm frustrated, not worried. The arms in the pen are solid. It's a command issue, not a talent issue. The biggest truism about pitching is "get ahead, attack the zone early". If they hit it, they hit it. But once you have that hitter down, the odds are so in the pitcher's favor, it's ridiculous.

I haven't seen him pitch and I haven't looked up his splits, but odds are he's going to turn it around. A good cutter can cover up a lot of garbage. Colome is pretty good about covering his garbage. They teach pitching well down in Tampa.

Game postponed tonight.

Saved a bullpen day.

Memorial Day straight doubleheader. Old school.

Do we have an advantage with 7 inning DHers? Especially if Keuchel happens to be pitching.

Lynn will make his next start after this so Sox manage to put him on the 10 day IL without stressing the bullpen or rotation thanks to off days and weather
