Speed is on tonight. That's a great example.
Others... Mystery Men. Hudson Hawk. Murder By Death.
Any other terrible movies you just love?

The early 90s version...plot centers on an underground boxing ring on the south side with a young Cuba Gooding and PFC Louden Downey.

I love Armageddon. But not for what the producers wanted me to love Armageddon for.

And I loved to hate watch Lost.

But to actually go "This really sucks" but it still grabs my attention? There can only be one...Showgirls

I think I saw Showgirls at the theater. What an embarrassment. I was a huge fan of Jessie on Saved By The Bell. Showgirls? Not so much.

I think it was in college but TBS or some other network would do a bunch of movies that probably weren't great or even good but they would be perfect to have on in the background.

I believe it consisted of:
10 Things I Hate About You
She's All That
Can't Hardly Wait

It may have also had:
Clueless
Never Been Kissed

I don't know if I love them though, but I have no problem ignoring anything Darkside says anyways, as I've probably not watched any of them in the past 10 years, but that's mostly because TBS started showing the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy instead, but Lord of the Rings would not qualify for Darksides post here, which I am mostly ignoring anyways as stated before.

The boxing one, not the Roman one. Great bad movie.

I love anything Van Damme. For my money, Lionheart is one.

I haven't seen that one, but I absolutely love Bloodsport.

Lionheart has lots of great fights and a decent enough plot.

Yeah Bloodsport rocks.

"Godawful" to me would be like Neil Breen, Miami Connection, 80s Italian knock-off territory.

As far as bad movies that are fun Roadhouse as mentioned before is a good one. D.C. Cab is also a lot of fun. Its hard to go wrong with Gary Busey and Mr. T.

agreed....for some reason I love that movie.

For me it's the made for TV movie of the Jacksons. It was so poorly made, but I always would watch it if it was on.

Neil Breen is the David Lynch of bad movie makers. He messes with the subconscious with the way he shoots and the unnatural dialogue but he's probably not even aware he's doing it. Fateful Findings was his magnum opus though...he'll never be able to top that.

Samurai Cop is an all-timer. Anything with Bobby Z'dar in it is going to be good. For some reason he was playing a Japanese man named Yamashita.

The Iranians had a good run with Samurai Cop, Werewolf, and Dangerous Men.

Best movie ending ever...Usual Suspects, Shawshank, or Fateful Findings...tough one.

The best scene in that movie was the one not shown. How did he get home from the hospital? They show him walk out of the "hospital" room with his ass out and that ridiculous bandage on his head then the next scene he's at home in the shower. Did he walk home like that?

Breen is legit. The Room and Birdemic guys are in on the joke but Breen still thinks he's making good movies. Ordering his movies is a pain so he's not in it for the money. When I bought Fateful Findings I told him I wanted I Am Here....Now too and he said not available.

Upon release, it was declared one of "worst films ever made" and quickly gained a cult following.[4]

Among other things, viewers cite the film's cryptic and incomprehensible plot, poor production values, overt political messages, stilted dialogue, and bizarre and unnatural performances as well as Breen's real-life eccentricities as part of the film's ironic appeal.[4][5][6] Some critics have cited the film as an example of outsider art, and the phenomenon of "so bad it's good" media.[7][8][9]
