Kershaw, Bauer, and Buehler. Heyward is hitting .103 against the three combined for his career. He's due for one of his quick to collapse 2 week hot streaks. Tough trio to start one though against.

He will be 1 for 14 during the series.

Is it just me or is Kyle Hendricks one of the most over hyped pitchers ever? Besides 2016 he's been a non factor when it comes to wins and loses.

he's a good 3 starter and can be a 2. His stuff is tough to hit. But the desire to package him in a rotation with another location/soft thrower and also with Jake who has lost velocity, is baffling. It just makes no sense.

He's struggling right now with location and it's frustrating to watch (I'm sure he's frustrated too) but Hendricks was the most consistent starting pitcher in the Theo-Cubs era.

Heyward is overmatched and in knots high heat both corners. If he does hit it it's foul his mechanics are so screwed up
