Stealing bases, going first to third, stuff like that in a blowout sure you can call off the dogs. This is just stupid. I’m more bothered by a team so obviously giving up that they put a guy throwing 40 mph in to pitch. You lose the high ground when you put a guy in not trying to get outs, he is trying to luck into outs and take advantage of “unwritten rules”.
